PvP Templates with a twist
Personally, since Anet likes integrating the official Wiki of theirs into the game...why not do it for templates?
Heres what I'm thinking:
They add a PvP build section to the wiki, and people add builds to it. People can vote on the wiki (of course this might get other PvPers to come too to help vote!) on 10 or so builds to put up as templates for 2 weeks, every 2 weeks.
This works exactly like the old templates did, you get skills added to your skill bar and window even if you don't own them, (but lose them when you create another character cause they dont get unlocked) and you choose your items etc!
I think this would bring some freshness back into the game, show people how some builds work, give them some ideas, and you get community interaction too thru the wiki!
